Marazul Dive Resort will have 44 apartments and 15 Bungalows in a spacious environment with a tropical garden with a big swimming pool. There are two types of houses at the Marazul Dive resort. The bungalows have a built up area of approximately 125 m2 and the apartments have a built up area of approximately 91.5 m2. The bungalows have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an option for a third one. The apartment has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the front of the resort there is an multifunctional building of 122 m2, that serves as a dive center, with instruction and classrooms, a storage for diving gear an a convenience store. |
